The girls had their first day in their new big girl gymnastics classes. It was crazy how it hit me today that truly my little babies are growing up. I just could not believe how well they both did all by themselves. Addison got the star student award today as she listened and shared the best out of her class. She was having so much fun and every once in a while she would wave to me, which I loved (now who wouldn't!). It was awesome to see her thriving. Kaitlyn (well of course I knew she would be fine in a class all by herself) did fabulous and I could not even comprehend the stuff that she was learning to do. Handstands and then trying to pick up one hand at a time, balance beam work, backward flips, forward flips on the trampoline...I mean I told her after her class that there was no way Mommy could do any of that stuff! I will try to get a video of them next time, if I can!
