Need a little help.....

Hey all....so as some of you know we have recently joined our church officially. It has been such a bright spot for us here in the OKC. Well, just today the Associate Pastor called and asked if I would do a video montage for this Sunday's service of our most recent story with Jacoby and the process to get there and how faithful God was. Just say a little prayer as I am not that good these days in front of anyone but 5 year olds and younger....thanks! SO NERVOUS....

Dr. Seuss in the House!!!

Today had arrived and with it some smiles

for today was a day for the family files.

A night of fun full of giggles and glee

a great night in store for the whole family.

Bright, fun and flashy was the idea for decor

but after some doing we needed some more.

So, we thought and we thunk, and we said what we

wish is for Ellie and Ava to join us for the fanciest dish.

We are now ready for dinner, ready I am

and what else would we eat but....

GREEN EGGS AND HAM.

The dinner was tasty we liked it alright

A great beginning to our Seussical night!

Onto our craft after dinner we went

to see what creatures we could bend with our bent.

The pipe cleaners were twisted and turned to create

but the creatures didn't really turn out so great.

So we started to make and play with instead

different types of makings we could wear on our head.

The night had been great

for more we couldn't wish

So, our Seussical night ended

with a hug and a kiss....

Awe, aren't they the cutest??? He loves to smile these days.

Jacoby and his Harem - we can't get enough. He loves it though as he makes the cutest noises when we all crowd around him.

Addison and her baby brother - she is enamored by him and wants to hold him any chance she can get.

Deep Thoughts by ME...

1) Boo Colts.....what a shame...legacy in question now.

2) 12 kids is a lot to have in one house at one time! (I will post pics this afternoon...CRAZY!)

3) Peanut Butter and Chocolate with anything is a great combination that you just can't say no to no matter how many times you have tried it before :)

4) Seriously, how much snow can we get here?

5) Gray Hair stinks....found my first one yesterday...enough said!

HAPPY BABY....

Hey all - here are a few pics of the HAPPY BABY! I mean what a doll....he is so good I can not even tell you. The girls have some friends over right now until school starts and they are playing upstairs so I get a chance to have some QT with my little man! I was playing with a large stuffed penguin that Addison left downstairs and showing it to Jacoby (or should I say Baby Coby as we call him here) while making different voices - the pictures are the response to the penguin and silly Mom. We may have another lover of the Arctic on our hands here :) (Skivvy watch out!).

Super Bowl Party this weekend...so excited although little nervous as we have never hosted this many people before. Kind of funny too that all the families we are having over have the same number of kids as we do and have the same sex (2 girls and 1 boy)...should be interesting with all the kids running around. I am making good ole' comfort food chili along with a few surprises...I am dying the spinach and artichoke dip blue for the Colts (hope people still eat it)....

Well, the weather has passed us by for now - however because the kids missed a week of school they do not have off for the regular holidays anymore (President's Day, etc.) until the end of the year....isn't that crazy. Also, if we get any more snow they will have to add hours onto the school day. Poor kids - that would have been torture for me growing up...come 3:15pm I was done!!!!
