Howdy from Texas!

Hi Kaitlyn....lovin' that smile! What can I tell you about Kate lately? She is becoming more and more independent as far as putting things away in her room the way she wants them and getting dressed in what she picks out. I love it though...Addison is making a goofy face to y'all! What is new with Addy? She is trying to be like her Big Sissy and independent yet at the same time she loves to be held like a little baby and hear stories about what she was like when she was smaller. Still loves her penguins (thanks Chelsea B, now I have 2 animals that must be with her at night). She is coming around to gymnastics as she realizes she can jump off just about anywhere in the gym and not get hurt.

She is certainly my daredevil....

Well, our weekend back in Texas was wonderful. However, I have to sadly admit that we certainly did not have enough time to see or do all the things that we would have liked. We will head back there again though probably when it is closer to pool weather though!

Today the girls and I glittered Easter eggs. Yes, I had this brilliant idea that if we simply just used glue and glitter to decorate the eggs it would be so much easier and not nearly as messy. Who was I kidding? I have just spent the last 45 minutes cleaning glitter up off the floor. It was really fun though and we are going to use the eggs as decorations for the table on Easter. I will have to take a picture when we have finished the project. They are out looking for branches to hang the eggs off of right now....
