Green Galore and Loving it!

Well St. Patrick's Day has come and gone, but certainly not without a little excitement in our house. The Leprechaun came and made a huge mess in our kitchen turning over chairs and taking cushions off the couch...for some reason the girls think that on St. Patrick's Day a Leprechaun makes a mess looking for his pot of gold. After cleaning up our little fiasco, we made green lemon poppy seed muffins - totally our favorite muffins although they were a little funny looking this time around! Then we had lunch with guacamole and green chips, green peppers, and green lemonade. Next was supper, I made white chicken chili and died it all green....what a great day! We had so much fun coloring all our food - it was fantastic!
