Sleeping the Day Away....
You know it is written that: If you laugh the world laughs with you, but if you snore you sleep alone....guess that is not the case here! My three little munchkins are all sound asleep, snoring in unison! In their defense they have been working hard outside all day!
P.S. We finally got a new washer - it has been like 3 weeks (YIKES)... although I am excited to do laundry again; however the laundry room smells terribly - thank goodness we can have the windows open today! Also, for those asking I posted a new prego picture on the sidebar - LUMUKU!!!

Addison's First Day of School
Addison's First Day of School - she wanted to bring a tote just like her big sister so Mom's artistic abilities were tested again...(although Daddy did the Penguin Family on the back side - Addy loves it - It has a Daddy penguin, a Mommy penguin, a Kate and Addy penguin and a baby egg - Way to go Brent!).
What a doll baby she is....I can not tell you how excited she was to go to school especially after watching Kate do it for the last week or so. She has center time where she can play house, blocks, crayons, books, etc....they even let them paint on a daily basis as long as they clean up...apparently Addison already took advantage of that treat today!
It is no surprise though that her favorite spot was the book corner. This girl loves to read.... It was a fantastic day for little Addy! Funny story though - lately she has been telling me this line whenever I list off some chores for her to do around the house. I will say - Okay Addy it is time to clean up your room and throw down your dirty clothes so Mom can clean them. She will then respond with the line of the week - Mom I am only one person and not an OCTOPUS...I don't have 8 eight arms to do everything you are asking - one chore at a time please. When I first heard her say it I laughed out loud....where do they come up with this stuff?????

Pink, Pink and more PINK!!!!!!
So I have a ton of updates for everyone - here goes:
Kaitlyn had her first day of real school. I have enclosed some pictures...if I thought her birthday was bad you should have seen me drop her off for her first day at the local elementary school. She brings a pink tote to school - no backpacks are allowed until 1st grade (silly, I know - check out my pseudo artistic abilities on the tote). We drop her off and pick her up just like the big kids and let me tell you she LOVES it! (They do have teachers everywhere monitoring and the little ones are assigned an older buddy who helps them get inside and to their classroom). Yes, I have joined the PTO and we have our first meeting tomorrow - but I already told myself that less is more especially with being pregnant - so I only plan to volunteer for something small right now just so I can get to meet some people. (Happy, Ryan?)

Addison had a meet and greet at her school. I think that is going to go well this year - she has one boy that she knows from gymnastics class so that is nice. It was funny - normally she is hesitant to go in to the class and today she was sad to leave so that makes for a good feeling! Also, we had a major milestone with Addy this past week - she has finally decided to leave her Skivvy (penguin) in her bed all day and then if she needs him she just runs up and cuddles for a little bit. For those of you who do not know - THIS IS HUGE as I can't tell you how many hours over the last 3 years Brent and I have spent looking for Skivvy!!!!!
Dr. Appt went just fine today. All tests last week came back good - they increased one medication to help with the clotting in the legs, but other than that the heartbeat was really strong and the measurements are perfect! We have our last ultrasound next week (which seems crazy) so I have 7 more days to beg Brent to find out the sex...I will be sure to let you all know if I win that one :) I am sort of kidding as I do like the surprise of not knowing, but on the flip side I am sooooooo curious and not really good with surprises as some of you well may know.
Okay, the pink jumpsuits are from Uncle Ryan for the girls birthdays....they are matching! How cute are they seriously? Way to get on the matchy-matchy train Ry-Pie! Also, I am going to upload a photo of the girls in their matching penguin PJ's from Uncle Jack and Aunt Roxanne....they are too cute and Addy refuses to wear anything else even though it is like 100 degrees here and the PJ's are long sleeve and long pants! Thanks guys for all your thoughtfulness!!!

Loved catching up with some people this week...miss you all....you know Oklahoma is beautiful this time of year for a little visit - I am just saying :)
